How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry / lead data — 3 years from last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Analytics data — Plausible retains aggregate statistics indefinitely; no individual records are stored.
  • Server logs — 30 days rolling.
  • Cookie consent records — 13 months (matches the cookieconsent_state cookie expiry).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Salesforce (USA) — CRM, under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Resend (EU) — transactional email delivery.
  • Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted) — aggregate, cookieless analytics. No personal data transferred.
  • Microsoft Azure (West Europe) — hosting and database.
  • Cloudflare (USA) — bot / spam protection via Turnstile, under SCCs.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability (where processing is automated and based on consent or contract).
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any right email privacy@insilicotrials.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.
