How long we keep your data
- Enquiry / lead data — 3 years from last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data — Plausible retains aggregate statistics indefinitely; no individual records are stored.
- Server logs — 30 days rolling.
- Cookie consent records — 13 months (matches the
cookieconsent_statecookie expiry).
Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Salesforce (USA) — CRM, under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Resend (EU) — transactional email delivery.
- Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted) — aggregate, cookieless analytics. No personal data transferred.
- Microsoft Azure (West Europe) — hosting and database.
- Cloudflare (USA) — bot / spam protection via Turnstile, under SCCs.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability (where processing is automated and based on consent or contract).
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any right email privacy@insilicotrials.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.
